摘　　要：本文研究了硝苯啶对由钾离子引起收缩的离体豚鼠胆囊及胆道口括约肌的作用。实验证明硝苯啶能使钾离子剂量－反应曲线右移，说明硝苯啶对胆囊及胆道口括约肌具有扩张作用。Effects of nifedipine on isolated gallbladder and oddi’s sphincter contraction in guinea pigs induced by K+ were investigated. Results showed that the dosage-effect curve of K+ moved rightward. This suggested that nifedipine has a dilatational effcet on the gall bladder and Oddi’s sphincter.
