摘 要:采用电阻、DSC、弹性模量测量、X光衍射和TEM观察等方法研究了Ti_(49)Ni_(41)Cu_(10)合金的马氏体相变过程。实验结果表明,合金在冷却过程中经历了B2→B19→B19'两个阶段相变。这两种相变过程在电阻、DSC曲线上表现出完全不同的特征:B2→B19相交有较大的相变热效应,DSC曲线上出现明显的峰位,相变发生在一个很窄的温度区间,转变过程迅速,但电阻值的变化却很小;TEM观察发现B19马氏体没有明显的孪晶或层错衬度;相变伴随有弹性模量的大幅度下降。B19→B19'相变则在电阻曲线上有明显反映,但DSC峰漫散,强度极低,相变过程进行缓慢,直至很低温度下(<-120℃)尚不能最后完成。B19'马氏体的弹性模量高于B19马氏体。The martensitic transformation of a Ti49Ni41Cu10 alloy has been investigated by means of electrical resistivity. DSC and E modulus measurements. X-ray diffraction and TEM observation. The results show that the alloy undergoes B2→B19→Bl9/ two- stage transformation on cooling, which appears quite different behaviors in electrical resistivity and DSC measurements. The B2→Bl9 transformation occurs in a narrow temperature range and has signific ant transformation heat effect. Its DSC peaks are clear and sharp, but the change of electrical resistivity is very small and can be hardly identified. E modulus softening in B2→Bl9 transformation is pronounced. However, Bl9 →Bl9' transformation has very diffuse DSC pears and a large change of eletri-cal resistivity. The transformation is uncomplete in a very wide temperature-range (to below-120℃).
