摘 要:应用了多种分离技术分离有机汞,以气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定甲基汞和乙基汞。测定了一些已经定值总汞的中国环境与生物标准参考物质(人发、大米、虾、贻贝、牡蛎、猪肝、受污染土壤、沉积物)及一些别国制备的标准参考物质(人发、鱼组织、龙虾)。采用不同分离技术,所得结果基本一致,也存在些差异。实验室之间的测定结果也很接近。建议上述物质可作为测定甲基汞和乙基汞的标准参考物质。Various isolation techniques were used to separate organic mercury, followed by gas chromatography (e-lectron capture detector) for determination of MeHg and EtHg (if present). Some China's environmental and biological standard Reference Materials (SRMs) which certified total mercury value were determined, including human hair (GBW 09101, GBW 07601), rice powder (GBW 08508), shrimp (GBW 08572), mussel (GBW 08571), Oyster (EAS-2), liver (GBW 08571), polluted farm soil (GBW 08303) and stream sediment (GBW 07312). At the same time, some SRMs from other country, including hair NIES No.5, fish tissue, blind sample 1 and sample 2 from IAEA were also analyzed. The results obtained by every technique showed agreement basically, and the differences between various techniques and laboratories were also presented. Therefore it could be suggested that SRMs for total mercury could also be used for MeHg & EtHg. Authors agreed with Horvat that additional interca-libration exercise or data from other laboratories are necessary to consensus.
