摘　　要：采用渗硼后淬火回火复合表面强化工艺，对LZ－C型螺纹钢丝冷轧机轧辊进行了热处理，经热处理后的轧辊表面硬度大大提高达HV_(0.2)1140。其耐磨性明显增加，使用寿命显著提高。A complex surface hardening technology of quench and temper after boridingis developed in heat treatment for the rolls in cold rolling mill of LZ-C ribbed steel wire- Thehardness of roll surface has increased to HVo. 2 1140 after the complex heat treating. Betterwear resistance and enhanced liftime of the rolls has been obtained.
