白蛋白修饰粉尘螨免疫治疗过敏性哮喘的观察

摘　　要：采用白蛋白修饰粉尘螨免疫治疗２９例尘螨过敏性哮喘息者，１９例未修饰粉尘螨浸液为对照组。结果治疗组临床改善优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗组鼻腔粘膜敏感性降低，特异性ＩｇＧ明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），对照组均无明显变化，嗜碱性粒细胞脱颗粒试验，两组治疗后均未见明显降低，治疗组特异性ＩｇＥ无明显改变，而对照组轻度升高。肝肾功能未见异常，无过敏反应发生。初步研究表明；白蛋白修饰粉尘螨可降低变应原性，并维持其免疫原性，是一种安全有效的变应原制剂。A controlled study on immunotherapy was carried out on 48 allergic asthmaticpatients sensitive to dust mite.of them 29 received inject.ions of albumin-modifiedDermatophagoides farinae,while 19 received injections of un-modified dust mite extract as cont.rol.The results showed that significant clinical improvement(P<0. 05)significant rise in specific serum Igs against the mite(P<0.01)and decrease in nasal sensitivity to the mite extraet(P<0.01)Were found in the treated group as compared with the control. No significant changes were observed in basophil degranulationtest.Serum Dermatophagoides farinae-special IgE was unchanged in the treated groupand slightly increased in the control group.There were no systemic reactions nor anysignificant ehange in clinieal laboratory parameter.This study demonstrated thatalbumin-modified Dermatophagoides farinae extract might decrease the allergenicitywhile retain the immunogenicity, being safe for clinical use.
