摘 要:单核一巨噬细胞在多种肾脏疾病中起重要作用。本文建立了体外研究巨噬细胞向肾小球粘附的实验体系,并观察了细菌脂多糖(LPS)对巨噬细胞粘附的影响。结果发现在LPS存在条件下,巨噬细胞向肾小球的粘附明显增加;而LPS预处理肾小球并不能增加巨噬细胞的这种粘附,提示LPS的这种作用不依赖于肾小球。本研究可能有助于理解感染在某些肾小球疾病发生发展中的作用。Monocyte-macrophage cells play an important role in the initiation and development of several forms of glomerulonephritis.In this study, a research system for observing macrophage adherence to glomeruli was established and the influence of LPS on adhesion noted.The results showed that LPS concentration dependently stimulated macrophage adhesion to isolated glomeruli.Pretrement of glomeruli with LPS demonstrated no promoting effect,suggesting no direct effect of LPS on glomeruli. The results might be helpful in understanding the role of infection in the pathogenesis of some kinds of glomerular diseases.
