摘 要:利用形态学特征及荧光显微技术快速鉴定出从“敦义”轮截获的处于形态学交叠区的小麦矮腥黑穗菌(Tilletiacontraversa),并为萌发生理检测结果所证实。这是我国从新澳尔良装载美麦中的首次发现。本文还讨论了荧光显微技术在进口粮检疫中的应用前景及现行TCK检疫鉴定标准。An isolate of Tilletia species, showing morphological characteristics overlapping those of Tilletia caries and T. contraversa,was intercepted from imported U.S.wheatcarried in MV 'Maricobber' and then was correctly and rapidly identified as T.contraversaby using morphological method and fluorescence microscopy technique. Moreover,this result was confirmed by the germination test. It is the first report that T. contraversa Was intercepted from imported U. S. wheat from New orleans. The potential application of fluorescence microscopy technique to the routine quarantine inspection of international wheatshipments for the presence of T. contraversa spores and the current criteria for T. contraversa quarantine idetification were also discussed.
