ALLELIC RELATIONSHIPS OF THE WIDE COMPATIBLITY GENES IN EIGHT RICE VARIETIES (Oryza sativa L.)

摘  要:通过双列杂交F1、F2小穗育性的表现,研究了8个水稻广亲和品种广亲和基因的等位关系。结果表明水稻品种CPSLO17、02428、培C311、轮回422、培矮64、Arotamaro间相互杂交F1小穗育性正常,F2无明显分离,推测这些品种间广亲和基因相互等位。02428、轮回422、Arotamaro、培G311、培矮64的广亲和性受S5位点的广亲和基因控制。培C311、轮回422、培矮64与Aus373、红壳老鼠牙杂交,F1出现半不育现象,F2出现明显的育性分离,可育株与半不育株的分离比符合7:2分离比,推测Aus373、红壳老鼠牙的广亲和性在遗传上受与位点不等位的基因控制,表现为配子体不育的遗传特征。CPSLO17、02428、Arotamaro与Aus373、红壳老鼠牙间杂交,F1育性正常,F2有少数半不育株。推测这些组合中,配子的育性由孢子体基因型控制。杂种育性除受主基因控制外,微效基因也参与作用。The mode of inheritance and allelic relationships of wide compatibility geneswere studied in 8 wide compatibility varietics WCVs of rice (Oryza sativa L.)included Cpslo17, 02428, Lunhui 422, Pei C311, Peial64, Arotamaro, Aus373 and Hongkelaoshuya, using aset of 8×8 diallel crosses. The mean and distribution of spikelet fertility were ohserved in F1and F2 hybmds, respectively. The results of this study showed that there were some nonallelicwide compatibility genes between rice varieties Cpslo 17,02428, Pei C311, Peiai 64, Arotamaro, Lunhui 422 and Aus 373, Hongkelaoshuya. Normal Fertility of hybrids F1 and nonsignificant segregation of spikelet fertility in hybrids F2 among WCVs 02428,Cpslo 17, PeiC311, Peiai64, Arotamaro and Lunhui 422 were found,which indicated that the inheritance ofwide compatibility in those WCVs might be governed by a single major gene ,and the widecompatibility gene among those WCVs might be allelic each other.The low spikelet fertililyand great segregation of sterility were respectively found in F1 and F2 hybrids of Lunhui 422,Pei C311, Petai64 crossed with either Aus 373 and Hongkelaoshuya,and the ratio of fertileplants to semi-fertilc plants was 7: 2,which could be supposed to he genetic characteristic ofgametophytic sterility,and the wide compatibility gene of WCVs Aus 373 or Hongkelaoshuyamight be nonallelic to S5 locus,i.e.the wide compatibility of Aus 373 and Hongkelaoshuyamight be controlled by another major gene besides of gene of . High spikelet fertility and afew segregants of semi-fertile plants were respectively .found in hybrids F1 and F2 betweenCpslo 17, 02428. Arotamaro and Aus 373,Hongkelaoshuya,which revealed that gametic fertility might he genetically governed by sporophytic genotype and modified by minor genewith positive effect on increasing fertility. High spikelet fertility and nonsignificant segregation of hybrids F1 and F2 between Aus 373 and Hongkelaoshuya were respectively found,which indicated that the wide compatibility gene in those two varieties were allelic
