摘  要:以8个水稻广亲和品种配制不完全双列杂交。以广亲和品种间杂种F1为母本,分别与籼型测验种南特号和粳型测验种Balila测交,依据测交F1小穗育性表现,验证8个广亲和品种广亲和基因的等位关系。结果表明Cpslo17、02428、轮回422、培C311、培矮64、Arotamaro间杂种F1与籼、粳测验种测交F1小穗育性分布集中,无明显分离,其广亲和性受同一位点的广亲和基因控制。02428、Cpslo17、培矮64、培C311、轮回422、Arotamaro与Aus373或红壳老鼠牙间杂种F1与籼粳测验种测交F1小穗育性分布于0~100%育性区间,分高明显。表明Aus373、红壳老鼠牙的广亲和性可能受不同于位点的另一类广亲和基因控制。Eight rice wide compatibility varieties (WCV) 02428, Cpslo 17, Pei C311,Peiai64, Arotamaro, Aus 373, Lunhui422, Hongkelaoshuya were intercrossed each other to make a set of 8×8 half-diallel crosses. Hybrids F1 of WCV/WCV were backcrossed with indica tester Name and japonica tester Balila, respectively. The means and destribution of spikelet fertility were observed in testcross F1 of indicaWCV/WCV and japonicaWCV/WCV to verify allelic relationship of wide compatibility genes in 8 rice WCVs. The results of this study showed that nonsignificant segragation of sterility was found in testcross F1 of indica tester and japonica tester with hybrid F1 among 02428, Cpslo17, PeiC3ll,Peiai64, Arotamaro and Lunhui422, which revealed that wide compatibility genes in those WCVs might be allelic to each other. Significant segragation of sterility were found and distribution of spikelet fertility was from 0% to 100% in testcross F1 of indica tester or japonica tester with hybrids F1 between 02428, Cpslol7, Pei C311, Peiai64, Arotamaro, Lunhui422 and Aus373 or Hongkelaoshuya, which indicated that wide compatibility genes in 02428, Cpslo17, Pei C311,Peiai64, Arotamaro, Lunhui422 and Aus373 or Hongkelaoshuya, which indicated that wide compatibility genes in 02428, Cpslo17, Lunhui422, Peiai64, Pei C311, Arotamaro were nonallelic to the genes in Aus373 and Hongkelaoshuya.
