摘  要:报道了石刁柏不同品种以及不同时期采集的花药在不同培养基上的培养效果。结果表明:1)品种间愈伤组织诱导率差异明显(其中以M·W500最高,达30.5%,UC157最低,仅7.0%);2)适宜的花药采集期为5月中、下旬;3)在NAA:BA为1∶1配比的培养基上能获11.0%的再生植株和14.8%的绿芽;4)已分化的绿芽转入1/2MS基本培养基附加0.1mg/LNAA的培养基有助于根的分化和生长。The anthers from different asparagus varieties and various collection dates were cultured on solidified MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D 1 mg/L, NAA 0. 2 mg/L,6-BA 0. 5mg/L and 3% sucrose to induce callus. Optimum anther culture period was May,the callus induction rate was 38. 7%. The callus induction rates of anthers from varieties M. W500, UC 309, UC72, UC711 and UC 157 were 30. 5%, 27. 5%, 18. 7%, 17. 4%, and 6. 9%, respectively. The calluses were transferred to various differential media, MS medium supplemented with NAA 1mg/L and 6-BA 1 mg/L was most efficient, 20% of calluses formed shoot apexes or plantlets. When those shoot apexes were transferred to MS basal medium and subcultured for 20~40 days, 32. 5% of shoots rooted.
