摘 要:以初代培养萌发的草莓茎尖为材料,液体振荡培养繁殖草莓无毒苗。结果表明;茎尖极易形成丛芽。本试验所用最佳液体培养基是MS+BA2+IAA0.2。用该培养基增殖一代,15周内平均从每个茎尖获得6.33株有效苗。用该培养基继代培养3个半月,23周内平均从每个茎尖获得96株有效苗。继代培养2个月后,因组织开始褐变,丛芽的增殖能力明显下降。0.2mm的茎尖脱毒率达100%。本试验所繁育的草莓无毒苗没出现变异。in this experiment,shoot apexes of strawberry germinated from the primary culture were employed to obtain the virus-free strawberry plantlets with high-speed propagation by liquid shake culture. Results indicated that shoots could be easily developed from shoot apexes,the optimum culture medium was MS+BA2+IAA0. 2,each shoot apex formed 6. 33 effective plantlets within 15 weeks for the first generation. On an average 96 effective plantlets could be regenerated from each shoot apex after three and half months' subculture.The propagating ability of shoots declined after two months' subculture because of browned tissue. As the shoot apexes were 0. 2mm in diameter,the percent of virus elimination was 100%,no variation emerged in virus-free plantlets of strawberry.
