摘  要:通过对蘑菇褐腐病(Wetbubble)的致病菌有害疣孢霉(MycogonePerniciosaMagn.)生物学特性的研究,明确了上海地区致病菌株在Czapek、PDA和MA等培养基上均能正常生长;其最适生长温度为25℃左右;于45℃处理45min、36℃处理48h后均不能恢复生长;最适pH为5.0~5.6;光照、继代培养代数对其生长影响不大,但对产孢,特别是分生孢子的产生有影响;CO2浓度对两者均影响不大;培养基中的碳、氮源及维生素对有害疣孢霉菌丝生长均有影响,尤以无氮处理最为明显,虽有菌落形成,但菌丝极稀,产孢量也极少。Biological characteristics of Mycogone perniciosa, pathogenetic fungus of wet bubble (Agaricus bosporus) are studied in this study. The strain in Shanghai grows well on potato-dextrose agar, malt agar and czapek. The optimum growth temperature is 25℃ and the optimum pH is 5. 0~5. 6. It does not grow after treatment for 45 minutes at 45℃ or 48 hours at 36℃. Light and generations of subpassage can not affect the growth of M. perniciosa, but they affect production of the spores, especially conidiospores. The growth of mycelia and spores are not affected by consistency of CO2. Vitamines, different carbon sources and nitrogen sources in media can influence M. preniciosa.
