摘  要:应用放射性核素32P、14C示踪技术,以水稻为研究对象采用不同浓度ABT4号生根粉溶液浸种和喷施秧苗,测定秧苗根系吸收功能和叶片光合速率的动态变化,阐明ABT4号生根粉的增产作用机理。研究结果表明,经ABT4号5~20mg·kg-1浓度浸种及栽前3d秧苗叶面喷施处理,其根系吸收32P的量比对照分别增加99.5%和115.1%;孕穗、抽穗和灌浆期功能叶片的光合作用速率分别比对照提高83%、48%和51%。从而进一步阐明了ABT4号生根粉促进水稻新根生长、秧苗移栽后迅速活棵返青、调节地上地下部生长关系、增加物质积累、形成合理的产量结构,为在水稻栽培业中大面积推广应用ABT4号生根粉提供了科学依据和合理的使用技术。ABT-4's influences on the function of root absorption and the dynamic changes of photosynthetic rate were studied at different concentrations of ABT-4 for seed soaking or foliage spray on rice sprouts by using radioactive nuclide 32P, 14 tracer techniques in order to elucide the function and mechanism of ABT-4 on rice yield increase. The results showed that when ABT-4 was used at concentrations of 5-20mg·kg-1 solution for seed soaking or foliage spray 3 days before transplanting, the root absorption in rice shoot increased by 99. 5% and 115. 1%, respectively, as compared with control, and the photosynthetic rate of functional leaves in booting, heading and filling periods increased by 83%, 48%, 51%, respectively, as compared with control. Meanwhile, at the concentrations of 5~20mg·kg-1, ABT-4 could obviously promote rice root absorption and photosynthesis by seed soaking or foliage spray. Consequently, application of ABT-4 can promote growth of new roots, rapid revival of seedlings from transplanting, regulation of the relation between aerial part and underground portion, increase of substance accumulation, formation of appropriate yield structure and increase in yield. All these results provide scientific basis and rational application techniques for the use of ABT-4 in rice cultivation.
