摘 要:以(MS+各种激素)作石刁柏愈伤组织诱导和继代的培养基,比较了不同器官外植体对诱导愈伤组织的影响。结果表明,石刁柏幼茎段在MS+2,4-D(0.5)+BA(1.0)培养基上,愈伤组织诱导率达100%,且质地较疏松;MS+2,4-D(1.0)+BA(0.2)作继代培养基,愈伤组织增殖率最高,并在主愈伤组织块周围形成疏松浅黄色愈伤组织颗粒;在各部位外植体(茎顶芽、下胚轴、根、茎中段)诱导的愈伤组织中,以茎中段诱导的愈伤组织频率最高,多糖含量也最高。In this study, Asparagus officinalis L. calli were induced from different explants and then subcultured using different growth regulators. The results showed that the rate of induced calli growing on the medium of MS+2, 4-D(0. 5)+BA (1. 0) was 100%, but the texture of calli was friable. The calli grew well on the subculture medium of MS+2, 4-D (1. 0) +BA (0. 2) and light yellow grains were formed on the surface of calli. These calli grew most rapidly. Among the calli induced from different explants, the calli from shoots showed the highest rate of induced calli and had the highest amount of pogysaccharidws.
