Χ-硒化卡拉胶与亚硒酸钠在兔的吸收与分布比较

摘  要:给兔灌胃Kappa-硒化卡拉胶38mg.kg^-1和亚酸钠1mg.kg^-1,结果显示μ-SeC组血Se水平的AUC0-72h为12.89±3.13mg.L^-1.h,显著高于亚硒酸钠组的8.66±1.20mg.L^-1.h(P<0.05);μ-SeC和亚硒酸钠组的Cmax分别为0.556±0.086mg.L^-1和0.493±0.091Semg.L^-1(p>0.05),Tmax分别为4.Blood concentration and tissue distibution of in rabbits were strdied. After gastric incubation administration of kappa-selenocarrageenan( -SeC) 38mg·kg-1 and Na2SeO3 1 mg·kg-1 (both equal to 0.45 mg Se·kg-1), the AUC0-70h of -SeC group was 12. 89±3. 13 mg·L-1·h,significantly higher than 8.66±1.20 mg·L-1·h of Na2SeO3 group (P<0.05) of the two groups were 0.556±0.086 mg·L-1·h and 0.493±0.091mg·L-1(P>0.05) respectively. Tmax of -SeC group was 4. 65±1.12h and 3.47±1.07h of Na2SeO3 group(P>0.05).Se distribution of -SeC group at 24h and 72h after ig administration in five tissues (heart,liver, lung,kindey and cartilage) was significantly higher than that of Na2SeO3 group (P<0. 05 or 0. 01),Results suggest that the bioavailability of μ-SeC is greater than that of Na2SeO3.
