超声心动图自动边缘检测评价肥厚型心肌病患者的左房左室功能

摘　　要：超声心动图自动边缘检测（ＡＢＤ）是无创性心功能声学定量的新技术。为了评价该技术在肥厚型心肌病者中的应用价值，本工作对一组肥厚范围较广和一组肥厚范围较局限的心肌病例进行了研究。结果显示，ＡＢＤ能很好地反映肥厚型心肌病者的心功能状态；随着心肌肥厚的程度和范围增加，左房的排空和充盈功能明显下降，左室充盈功能也下降。Echocardiographlc automated border detection(ABD) techniqne is a new method for non-invasive quantificating cardiac function Inorder to evaluate the value of ABD inpatients with hypertrophic cardiomyopthy, 24 cases were studied which were divided into three groups: 10 normal subjects(Group A),5 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopthy Maron Ⅰ or Ⅱ type(Gronp B) whose hypertrophic extention was limited in interventricular septum and 9 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopthy Maron Ⅲ type whose hypertrophic extention was more diffuse(Gronp C). The results shown that the left ventricular and atrial systolic and diastolic functions were directely related to the hypertrophic extention. With incresing of hypertrophic extention, left atrial systolic ejection and diastolic filling function would be significantly decreased.
