53例小儿深低温暂停循环心内直视手术后智能发育的远期观察

摘　　要：本文报道了５３例深低温暂停循环手术患儿术后１４月～４年９月智能测试的结果，平均智商（ＩＱ）为８８．６±１６．１，其中智能低下有７名，占１３．２％，高于正常儿童的发生率，可能与患儿术前智能发育障碍有关。按停循环时间６０分钟以上、４１～６０分钟和４０分钟以下分组，ＩＱ分别为８４．８±１１．９、８６．２±１５．７和９５．５±１９．２，智能低下发生率分别为１１．１％、１５．６％和８．５％，均无显著差异，停循环时间与ＩＱ的直线相关分析提示无明显相关性。53 patients with congenital heart disease were followed up 1 4 to 5 6 months aftercardiac surgery with profound hypothermia and circulatory arrest.Mean intellegencequotient(IQ) was 88.6 ± 16.1.The intellegence was abnormal in 7 cases(13.2%)andthe intellegence abnormality incidence was higher than that in normal population,Itmay have some association with preoperative intellectual underdevelopment. Thecirculatory arrest duration were more than 60 minutes in 9 cases,41～60 minutes in 32cases and less than 40 minutes in another 12 cases.The IQ were 84.8 ± 11.9, 86.2±15.7 and 95.3 ± 19.2, respectively.The incidence of intellegence abnormality were 11.1 %,15.6%and 8.5%,respectively.No significant difference existed between groups.The duration of circul atory arrest had no obvious correlation with IQ.
