摘　　要：本文报道上海市胸科医院１９８４年～ｌ９９２年期间经电影或数字减影造影检查的Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ畸形３９例，介绍其造影征象和动态分析。主要征象有：心脏膈面的双切迹；帆样征；房化心室；三尖瓣闭锁不全及各征象的动态表现。作者着重对本病的病理与Ｘ线造影表现对照进行了讨论。9 cases of Ebstein’s anomaly found between 1984～1992 in the Shanghai ChestHospital were analyzed accordihg to the cineangiocardiography with emphasis ondynamic changes,The main find ings were;Double notches at the diaphragmaticcardiac bonder;sail-like appearance of the tricuspid leaflets;atrialized chamber;tricuspidimsufficiency and their corresponding dynamic features.The angiocardiographic f indingson the basis of pathology were discussed.
