辰时、戌时电针内关穴对冠心病患者左心功能的影响

摘　　要：实验结果证实 ,于辰时电针内关穴可使冠心病患者的左室功能得到改善 ,表现为PEPI缩短 ,PEPI/ L VETI比值减小。但于戍时电针内关穴却可使冠心病患者的 PEPI延长 ,PEPI/ L VETI比值增大 ,提示左室功能受到影响。经统计学检验 ,两者处理之间有显著差异。It was found that electro- acupuncture at Neiguan point produced an improvement of the left ventricular function of coronary heart di- sease patients which was shown in such characters as shortening of the PEPI and the decreasing of PEPI/L VETI ratio. But at different time the effects of electro- acupuncture were different. Electro- acupuncture at Chenshi 0 8∶ 0 0 ,the im- provement was shown to be highly signifi- cant.Yet if electro- acupuncture at Xushi 2 0 :0 0 ,the PEPI prolonged and the PEPI/ L VETI ratio increased,which indicated that the left ven- tricular function of coronary heart disease pa- tients was impaired.
