眼镜蛇毒抗风湿性关节炎的药理研究

摘　　要：本文报导了眼镜蛇毒抗风湿性关节炎实验研究，对大鼠佐剂性关节炎所致的足肿胀有明显的预防和治疗作用；对治疗鸡蛋清、甲醛所致的大鼠关节炎疗效显著，与阳性对照无显著差异；对抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿的生长中剂量组治疗效果优于阳性对照，与对照组相比（Ｐ＜０．００１）；且有降低毛细血管通透性作用（Ｐ＜０．００１）。The paper reported the experimental studies on anti-rheumarthritis of cobra venom.This kind of cobra venom had a significant function of prevention and treatment for foot swelling caused by the adjurant arthritis in rat,and a significant curative effect of treatment for arthritis in rat caused by egg white and formaldehyde.in which the difference among treatment groups and positive group of contrast was not significantly. The curative effect of treatment in the middle dose group which studied its inhibition on the development of cotton-ball granuloma in rat was superior to positive group of contrast and it had a significant difference compared with contrast group(P<0.001).This kind of cobra venom could decreased the ventilative function of blood capillaries(P< 0.001).
