摘  要:本文应用HRP逆行追踪与酪氨酸羟化酶样免疫细胞化学结合法研究了大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质向中缝大核和巨细胞网状核α部的儿茶酚胺能投射。在中脑导水管周围灰质内,HRP逆标并呈酪氨酸羟化酶样阳性的双标记细胞分别占由中脑导水管周围灰质向中缝大核和巨细胞网状核α部投射细胞的18%和20%,这些双标记细胞亘中脑导水管周围灰质全长存在于其腹外侧区和内侧区腹侧部。结合生理学研究的结果,讨论了这些儿茶酚胺能投射细胞的性质和机能。The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) retrograde tracing method combined with tyrosine hydroxylase (TH)-like immunocytochemical procedure were used in the present study to investigate the TH-containing catecholaminergic neurons in the rat midbrain periaqueductal gray (PAG) projecting down to the nucleus raphe magnus (NRM) and nucleus reticularis gigantocellularis pars a (Rgca). The present tesult suggests that the TH-like immunoreactive (TH-LI) neurons in the PAG send their axons to the NRM and Rgco. The percentages of HRP retrogradely labeled nuerons with TH-LI in total amount of the HRP retrogradely labeled PAG-NRM and PAG-Rgca projecting neurons were 18%and 20% respectively. These double labeled neurons were mainly found in the ventrolateral subdivision and ventral part of the medial subdivision extending throughout the whole length of the PAG and in the nucleus raphe dorsalis.
