摘  要:在室温、恒温及不同光周期条件下测定了柞蚕滞育蛹与非滞育蛹的呼吸速率,结果表明,滞育起始时,呼吸速率急剧下降;而终止时则显著升高。室温下,蛹体于化蛹后第30d进入滞育;化蛹后约2个月滞育终止。The respiration rates of diapausing and non--diapausing pupae of oak s:1kworm, Antheraea pernyi at both room and stationary temperatures as well as in differet photoperiods were measured. The respiration rate declined sharply and rose markedly at the time when induction and termination0 of diapause occurred.At room temperature, pupal diapause was initiated on the 30th day after pupation and teminated when the pupae were about two months old.The effect of photoperiod on the respiration of pupae is discussed.
