摘 要:本文报道了在铝底材上采用磷酸溶液阳极氧化,钴盐电解着色方法制备的太阳能选择性吸收层。该吸收层的吸收率α_s=0.92—0.94,法向发射率ε_n=0.10—0.17。着色层经200℃加速试验及室外曝晒试验,光学性能无明显变化。氯化钠溶液内长期浸泡试验和磨损试验表明,该着色膜具有良好的耐蚀性和耐磨性。AES分析和X射线衍射分析表明,着色吸收膜是由多孔氧化铝、氢氧化铝和沉积在孔底的α钻构成。The solar energy selective absorbing films prepared by electrolytic colored anodic aluminum in H3PO4 solution and CoSO4 solution is discribed in this paper. The films possess a solar absorptance as=0.92-0.94, an infrared emittance εn=0.10-0.17. The optical characteristics of such film have no obvious change at a temperature of 200℃ and an outdoor exposed test. The measurement of polarized curve in H2SO4 solution and test of soaking in NaCl solution and milling showed that the absorbing film was in good auti-corrosion and antimilling characteristics. The absorbing film consists of α-Al2O3, Al(OH)3 α-Co through AES analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis.
