摘　　要：通过对不同镍含量的锌－镍合金镀层的组织与相结构分析，用以说明相结构对镀层硬度及耐蚀性能的影响，在此基础上，进一步说明了含镍１０－１６ｗｔ％的锌镍合金镀层具有良好的耐蚀性能。By analyzing the organizations and the phase constructions of Zn-Ni alloy coatingswith different Nickel contents, the effects of the phase construction on the properties such ascoating hardness and corrosion resistance were investigated. On this basis,it is further provedthat the zn-Ni alloy coatings which contain 10～16 wt%(Ni)have a good corrosion resist-ance.
