丁基罗丹明B－SCN~──PVA－Tween－80体系荧光熄灭法测定微量钴

摘　　要：研究了在ＰＶＡ和Ｔｗｅｅｎ－８０混合表面活性剂存在下，Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）与ｓｃｒ￣（－）、丁基罗丹成缔合型三元配合物，使丁基罗丹明Ｂ的荧光熄灭，建立了测定微量Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）的新荧光分析法。测量的线住范围为０～２５μｇ／２５ｍｌ，方法可用于注射液Ｂ＿（１２）中微量Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）的测定。A new method for the fluorescence quenchihng determination of cobalt(Ⅱ)with thiocyanate,butylrhodamine-B ,PUA and Tween-80 wad developed.In a HCl medium,Co(Ⅱ), BuRh-B, SCN￣-,PVA and Tween-80 react to form a complex,Its maxirnum excitatuion wavelength and maximum emissi9on wavelength are 500 nm and 550 nm respectively.The linear range in from zero to 25ug/25 ml.The method was applied to the determination of trace amounts cobalt(Ⅱ)ub ubhectuib if Vutamin- B_12.
