摘　　要：阐述了两段燃烧的特点，根据其原型对小型层燃手烧锅炉进行了改造，设计并安装了一二次风系统及烟气再循环系统，试运行结果满足节能及环保要求．This paper discusses the feature of staged coal combustion. According to the abovementioned mechanism remaking of small nass-burning boiler is introduced. The systems of primary air, secondary air and recycling smoke have been designed and installed. The results of testing run meet the reguirments of energy consernation and environment protection.
