摘　　要：本文比较两种钙离子拮抗剂Ｄｉｌｔｉａｚｅｍ（ＤＺ）和Ｎｉｆｅｄｉｐｉｎｅ（ＮＦ）对ＣｓＡ血浓度、ＣｓＡ用量及移植肾排异发生率的影响。结果显示，ＤＺ能明显提高ＣｓＡ血浓度，减少ＣｓＡ用量。he aim of this study was to investigate the effect of diltiazem(DZ)or nifedipine(NF)on CsA dosage,CsA concentration and rejection incidence in renal transplant recipient.The resu It showed that DZ raised the bled level of the,reduced the dosage of CsA.
