摘　　要：本文对４０例慢性肾功能衰竭患者，分别进行醋酸盐血液透析４７０次，碳酸氢盐血液透析２８０次。结果显示，碳酸氢盐血液透析的临床效果明显优于醋酸盐血液透析。并对碳酸氢盐血液透析液的配制方法进行了研究，证实碳酸氢盐血液透析可以成为标准透析方法。We have had acetate hemodialysis 470 times,bicarbonate hemodialysis 280 times respectively in treating 40 cases uf patients with chronic renal dysfunction. The result of hemodialysis displayed that the clinie effect of bicarbonate hemodialysis was prominently superior to the acetate hemodialysis. We studied the method of making the bicarbonate hemodialysate,It was demonstrated the bicarbonate hemodialysis can the used as the standard dialysis method in clinic work.
