摘　　要：朱（Ｎｉｐｐｏｎｉａｎｉｐｐｏｎ）是当今世界最濒危的鸟类之一，现存总数不过４０余只。由于生存环境的改变和种群生命力的脆弱，朱数量急剧下降。中国自１９８６年开始人工繁殖朱，１９９２年人工孵化并育活３只幼鸟，这是人工繁殖朱成功的首次记录。这篇文章总结了朱的野外生态，实验室研究及人工饲养、繁殖。The Crested Ibis is one of the rarest birds in the world,with number in dozens.The population declined sharply because of changes of environment and weak vitality of itself.Artificial rearing and breeding have conducted in China since 1986.Three chicks were firstly hatched and alive in 1992.This paper summarizes the wild survey,laboratory researches,artificial rearing and breeding of Crested Ibis systematically.
