摘 要:用Aspergillus sp.A-19菌经固体发酵研制成一种新的植物细胞离析酶(SeparataseZA-P)。其离析单细胞的酶活力平均为70767u/g,有效作用的pH在3.0—7.0,温度为20—45℃。发酵培养基配方是麸皮:桔皮粉:(NH_4)_2SO_4(w/w)为100:100:0.63,料水比为1:2.0,培养适宜条件为25℃、60小时。Separatase ZA-P , a new enzyme for the maceration of plant cells, was prepared from Aspergillus sp. A-19 by solid fermentation. Its average activity to macerate the plant tissues into single cells was assayed as 70 767 u/g. The optimum pH for the maceration of plant cells was 3. 0-7, 0, and the optimum temperture was 20-45℃. The culture medium for the strain consisted of wheat bran, orange peel powder and ammonium sulphate in the ratio of 100 : 100 : 0. 63. The ratio of the dry materials to the water (w/v) was 2. 0 for the culture medium. The optimum culture condition was of 25℃ , and 60 hours.
