摘  要:报道了用分光光度计法直接测定小鼠全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GSH-PX活力的方法.取血样10μl,423nm为测定波长,三氯醋酸为蛋白沉淀剂,在pH6.5,3min的酶反应条件下,反应剩余的谷胱甘肽和其与DTNB试剂反应生成的颜色产物成线性相关.该法灵敏度高,重复性好,所需仪器简单。direct micro determination of glutathioneperoxidase (GSH-PX) activity with spec-trophotometry was developed. Conditions ofthe assay were studied in detail. 10μl bloodsample was diluted with distilled water andtreated with 10% TCA to remove protein.There was a good linearity between DTNBproduct and concentration of GSH after 3 min-utes enzymatic reaction at the temperature of37℃ in PH 6.5 solution. The method hadhigher sensitivity, better reproducibility. Itmay became useful tool for analyzing GSH-PXin scientific research and clinical work.
