摘　　要：人抑胃肽的研究：合成和性质崔大敷，崔恒苒，徐明华，曹蕙婷，朱尚权（中国科学院上海生物化学研究所，２０００３１）陈可靖，邓华云（上海医科大学附属中山医院，２０００３２）关键词人抑胃肽，合成，生物活性抑胃肽（简称ＧＩＰ）最早由Ｂｒｏｗｎ等’”从猪小肠分离...Human gastric inhibitory polypeptide(GIP) with the following amino acid eequenee: YAEGTFISDYSIAMDKIHQQDFVNWLLAQKGKKNDWKHNTQ has been synthesized on peptide synthesizer. When the whole peptide chain has been assembled, the peptide-resin was treated with HF containing 10% p-cresol at 0℃for 1 hour. After the removal of HF and p-eresol, free peptides were extracted with 1N acetic acid and lyophilized. GIP was purified by gel filtration on TSK column and ion-exchange chromatography on DEAE-Sepharose OL-6 B column.The sgnthetie GIP was identified by PAGE, electrofocusing, amino acids composition, HPLOC and checked in chcmical structure by sequence determination. The in vivo activity of GIP to stimulate insulin release and its antigenicity were also reported in this article.
