摘　　要：埋植剂经化学预处理后，用紫外分光光度法测定原药含量。方法回收率１００．７％，样品测定的标准差１．０ｍｇ，变异系数１．３％并用高效液相色谱法验证。本法准确、简便，可用于制剂研究、质控等。Levonorgestrel eontents of the subdermal Sino-Implant which had been chemically pretreated were determined by UV method. The Reeovery rate of the method was 100.7% with a standard difference of 1.0 mg and a coefficient of variation of 1.3%, which had been checked by means of HPLO. This method is accurate and simple and can be used for pharmaceutical studies as well as quality control.
