Under optimal conditions, the exultant fusion frequency of murine hybridomas with the bipolar square wave pace was 2 - 3 fold greater than that with the unipolar pulses in both iso-osmotar and hypo-osmolar fuSion media. We suggest that the symmetrical pembilhation with bipolar alternating pace may amount for this strovement.
