摘 要:本实验应用Elite运动分析系统观察了腰椎间盘切除术对整个腰椎活动的影响.4具新鲜腰1一骶3标本分别头尾端固定安装在特制测试架上,模拟人体进行生理屈伸活动,二架红外线照相机监测各节椎体的三维空间变化.结果表明腰4一5间盘切除术后腰椎屈曲30°时腰4一5节段水平位移(T_z)及旋转位移(R_x)有明显增加.腰4—5和腰5一骶1间盘切除术后腰椎于不同屈伸活动中均有腰4—5和腰5一骶1节段的T_z和R_x明显增加现象,同时还有相邻的腰3—4节段T_z及R_x增加现象.本文对相关的临床意义进行了讨论.The biomechanical effects of discectomy on the motion behavior of whole lumbar spine were investigated by using Elite motion analyzer system. Four fresh human specimens were fixed at the sacrum and a physiological load was applied through a loading frame. The motion behavior of the spicimens after each dis-cectomy was recorded. Antero 梡osterior translation(T_2) and sagittal rotation (R_x) were increased at L4? level after L4? discectomy subjected to flexion of 30 degrees. T_2 and R_x were increased at L4? level sub-jected to flexion of 20?0 degrees and at L5 桽I level subjected to 10?0 degrees after L4 ?5 and L5 桽I discectomys ; meanwhile ,T, and R_x were increased at adjacent L3 ? level subjected to flexion of 30 degrees. The clinical implications of these findings were discussed.
