应用CO_2激光进行输卵管绝育手术──748例临床分析

摘　　要：１９８８年以来，在动物实验的基础上，应用ＣＯ_２激光进行输卵管绝育手术７４８例，经１～３年以上随访，总绝育率为９９．０６％，失败（术后再孕）率为０．９４％，其中５７０例输卵管双重离断，绝育率为９９．８２％，失败１例（０．１７％），无副反应。应用激光进行输卵管绝育，不出血，输卵管长度仅损失约０．５ｃｍ，便于复通，可解除输卵管绝育术受术者的后顾之忧。手术操作简单、迅速，激光机不与人体直接接触，不需使用前消毒，可同时进行多台手术，绝育效果可靠，适宜于我国广大农村，是理想的输卵管绝育方法之一。CO2 laser had been used in 748 patients of tubosterilization since 1988 on the basis of animal experiments. All of them were followed up for 1￣3 years. The general successful rate was 99.06%, and reversal rate was 0. 93%. The successful rate of double coagulation for tubosterilization of 570 patients was 99. 82% and reversal rate was only 0. 17%. The inflammatory reaction of CO2 laser application for tubosterilization was minimal, the damaged length of fallopian tube was only 0. 5cm. Therefore once the reversal of the tube is required, the operation will be less troublesome. The laser scalpes is not to be contacted with the human body, therefore, this operation is safe and accurate,and can be performed at the countryside.
