牦牛胃肠道中5—HT免疫活性细胞的形态和分布

摘　　要：本文主要应用免疫组织化学方法探索牦牛的5-羟色胺免疫活性细胞在胃肠道中的数量,分布和形态。实验结果显示牦牛胃肠道中5-羟色胺免疫活性细胞均可发现,而十二指肠各段和空肠出现率为最高,胃体部的出现率最低。细胞形态有锥体形、圆形、卵圆周形、蝌蚪形、长棱形等多种形态、和其他动物胃肠道内分泌细胞相似。By using immunohistochemical staining technique morphology and distribution of 5-HT of immunoreactive endocrine cells in the gastro-intestinal system of yak were studied. 5-Hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)immunoreactive endocrine cells were found in whole gastrointestinal tract of yak. We have found the distributive density being most in the duodenum,and the least in the cardia and the body of stomach. And a decremental decrease in distributive density in the jejunum,the cecum,the colon,and the rectum. The shape of 5-HT of im-munoreactive endocring cells was of various . kinds,and most of them are pyramid,round,o-val, tadpole-shaped and long shuttle.
