地方性甲状腺肿甲状腺内元素含量的测定

摘　　要：本文通过对39例经临床和病理证实的地甲肿患者甲状腺组织内的一些元素进行了测定,以期探讨其在地甲肿发病中的作用,并与无甲状腺疾病的正常时照组进行比较,结果显示除轶的含量明显高于正常组外（P（0.05）,其它Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Mn的含量经统计学处理均无明显差别。Fe可以多方面影响甲状腺功能,从而可能在地甲肿的发病中起到一定的作用。In order to study the effect of trace elements on the pathogenetie of endemic goiter the contents of trace elements in thyroid tissue of 39 patients. Acoparison has also been made between the patients and normal peopel found that Fe contents of the former is significantly higher than the latter (P<0. 05). The oters,as Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg and Mn no distinguished difference、Fe excits an impact on the function of thyroid gland and Play a certain role the pathogenetic of endemic goiter.
