石河子市正常儿童骨矿物质含量测定

摘　　要：骨矿物质含量(BMC)对儿童的生长及营养发育是一个重要的指标。本文对176名3月～6岁健康儿童的骨矿物质含量进行测定。结果显示:骨矿物质含量(BMC)、骨宽度(BW)、骨密度(BMC/DW)随年龄略有增加,且男性略高于女性,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。其目的在于通过对本市3月～6岁健康儿童骨矿物质含量测定,寻找不同生长发育期骨矿物质含量变化规律并确定正常值,对今后儿童骨生长发育监测提供基础数据。Bone Mineral Content (BMC) in an important index for the growth、nutrition and development of children. I76children in good health ( 3months - aged6 ) assayed in BMC. The result showed that BMC 、BW and BMC/BW increased slightly with the age and male's was a little higher than female's but there was not marked aifference between them (P>0. 05). The purpose of the assaying is to define the normal value and dynamic regular pattern of BMC during the growth and development period and is to supply basic data for monitoring ahead of bone growth and development of children.
