双醋氨酚的合成及初步药理学研究

摘　　要：以对氨基酚为原料.乙酰氏合成双醋氨酚.总收率81.5%.给小鼠灌胃,急性毒性实验.双醋氨酚LD_(50)=4037±27mg/kg.扑热息痛LD_(50)=2937±17mg/kg,镇痛实验(小鼠扭体法,i、P、0.6%乙酸0.2ml/只)表明,双醋氨酚能明显延长作用时间,可以制成前体药物.Diacetamiate was synthesized from p - aminophenum with an Dverall yield of 81. 5%, Its Pharmacetical effect was investigated The result of acute toxic action showed that toxicity of diacetamiate was little than Acetaminophenum Former :LD50 = 4037 ±27mg/ kg, Poster: LD50 = 2937±17mg/kg, In the acetic acid streatching test of mouse (ig) time of streatching inhibition was longer.significently It was preperated into pro -drug.
