中药复方肾康片和维尔康补肾片对大鼠内分泌激素的影响及急性毒性研究

摘　　要：本文研究了中药复方肾康片和维尔康补肾片大鼠内分泌激素的影响.结果表明,口服肾康片(0.25g/kg·d)能升高大鼠血中T_3、T_4、GH及性激素,口服维尔康补肾片(0.50g/kg·d)对大鼠T_3、T_4、GH无影响,对雄性大鼠睾酮亦无影响,但能升高雌性大鼠血中雌二醇浓度.两药均使动物体重增加明显.急性毒性试验表明,肾康片的LD_(50)>60g/kg,维尔康补肾片的LD_(50)>80g/kg.Endocrine effects and acute toxicity of Shenkang and Weierkang in conscious rats and mice were studied in this article. The result shows that thyroxine, triiokothyronine, growth hormone, testosterone in the blood of the conscious Wistar kyoto rats were elevated by Shenkang (per os, 0. 25g/kg/d. 21 d)but not Weierkang (per os, 0. 50 g/kg/d, 21 d), and estradiol was elevated by both Shenkang and Weierkang as well. The result also shows that the LD50 of per os Shenkang and Weierkang were 60 g/kg and 80 g/kg in conscious mice respectively.The result suggested that both Shenkang and Weierkang may activate endocrine system and their acute toxicity may be very small.
