摘 要:用固定床流动反应装置及TPR、XRD、XPS、TEM等技术,考察了MgO、La_2O_3、CeO_2及MgO-CeO_2等氧化物助剂对Ni/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的甲烷、二氧化碳重整活性和抗积炭性能的影响。结果表明含MgO+CeO_2双氧化物助剂的催化剂能最有效地抑制积炭。与表征结果相关联发现,双助剂催化剂可提供不同于单一助剂和无助剂时的金属-载体相互作用形式,并表现出强烈的电子相互作用,这些因素可能是它具有最佳抗积炭性能的主要原因。The activity and resistsance to carbon deposition of MgO,La_2O_3,CeO_2 and MgO-CeO_2promoted γ-Al_2O_3 supported nickel catalysts for the reaction between CH_4 and CO_2 were inves-tigated using fixed-bed flow reactor as well as TPR,XRD,XPS and TEM techniques.All(atalysts exhibit high activity, but the differences in the resistance to carbon deposition arevery large with individual promoters.Among these catalysts,those promoted with MGO-CeO_2are the most effective in the suppression of carbon deposition.The characterization resultsshow that the special type of metal-support interaction provided by MgO-CeO_2 promoted cata-iyst is different from that of single promoted or unpromoted catalyst.A strong electron inter-action is found in the coexistence of promoter MgO and CeO_2.Also, small nickel particlesize seems favorable to the prevention of carbon formation except for MgO promoted catalyst. These factors may be responsible for the optimum resistance to carbon deposition of catalystNi-MgO-CeO_2/γ-Al_2O_3.
