摘 要:研究了用化学还原法制备的Ni-B非晶态催化剂催化环戊二烯选择加氢的性能,并考察了制备条件、反应温度以及阻化剂用量对催化活性的影响。与RaneyNi的对比研究表明,其催化加氢性能优于RaneyNi。An amorphous Ni-B alloy catalyst was prepared and its properties for catalyzing thehydrogenation of 1,3-cyclopentadiene were investigated.The results indicate that it has ahigher catalytic activity than Raney Ni.Increasing the reaction temperature can increase thereaction rate.The selectivity of cyclopentene can be increased by adding a small amount ofamino base such as pyridine to reduce the reaction rate of the hydrogenation of cyclopentene. The activity of the catalyst prepared in ethanol is higher than that of the sample preparedin water.Adding Pd increases the activity, while adding Cu, Fe and Co decreases it.
