摘　　要：选用顶雨淋式无冒口铸造工艺，并在球铁水中加入适量的ＦｅＳｉＭｇ８Ｒｅ５球化剂和ＳＰＩ孕育剂，可实现ＱＴ７００－２大齿轮毛坯的铸态生产。试验和使用表明，铸态ＱＴ７００－２大齿轮的铸造应力低，尺寸精度稳定性好，生产周期短，使用效果好，经济效益显著。By adopting the non-riser top-gating casting technique and adding just the right amount of FeSiMg8Re5 nodulizer and SPI inoculant into the liquidus ductile iron. the as-cast QT700-2 big gears can be produced.Test and application show that they are characterized by low casting stress, good dimensional stability, and higher productivity.
