摘　　要：在介绍抽油杆涡流检测的基本原理并对四种涡流检测方案进行比较的基础上,阐明了抽油杆涡流检测对探头架的要求,即探头架必须具有张合、随动、浮动、变径、调心和耐磨的功能,同时介绍了探头架的配套系统。最后着重论述了DWK型涡流检测探头架的工作原理,并给出了其性能指标。After an introduction of the basic principle of the eddy-curent test for sucker rods and a comparison between four kinds of test schemes, the authors expound the requirements for the probe carriage in doing the test. The probe must have such functions as open-and-close, servocontrol, drifting, aperture variation, centering control and be wear resistant. In addition, the authors introduce the coordinate system for the carriage, and describe its working principle and give its perforance parameters.
