摘  要:本文通过生态地层学的实例研究,对作者先前提出的生态地层分类单位─—群落带、群落组及群落群的特征作了进一步阐述。在对中扬子地区早奥陶世早期生物礁古生态学研究基础上,首次建立了Batostoma群落带、Calathium-Bluegreenalgae群落带、Archaeoscyphia群落带及Calathium-Bluegreenalgae-Archaeoscyphia群落组和BatostomaⅠ-Calathium-Bluegreenalgae-Archaepscyphia-BatostomaⅡ群落组。This paper makes a study on ecostratigraphy of early Ordovician Tremadocian organic reef in middle Yangtze river area. Three community zones and two community formations have been established based on the study of the organic reef, namely Batostoma Community zone, Calathium-Bluegreen algae Community Zone, Archaeoscyphia Community zone and Calathium-Bluegreen algae-Archaeoscyphia Community Formation and Batostoma (1) Calathium-Bluegreen algae-Archaeoscyphia-Batostoma (2) Community Formation. The authors demonstrate that the precision of ecostratigraphic subdivision and correlation is higher than that of biostratigraphic and rock stratigraphic subdivision and correlation based on the study of ecostratigraphic in contrast to biostratigraphic and rock stratigraphy of Tremadocian organic reef in middle Yangtze river area. A system for the classification of ecostratigraphic units is suggested in this paper and its application is demonstrated also.
