摘　　要：本文介绍了一种制取通用型纺丝沥青的工艺技术。其技术路线是以二次加工渣油为原料，经热处理、常压闪蒸和减压深拔制备软化点大于２２０℃，喹啉不溶物小于１．５％的纺丝沥青，７０Ｌ反应釜间歇法中试和１．４０ｋｔ／ａ规模连续法工业试验制取的纺丝沥青，经纺丝评价表明，其可纺性好，较易进行氧化和碳化处理，能满足通用型纺丝沥青性能要求。This paper presents the technology for producing general spinning pitch by using secondary processed residual oil as feedstock. The spinning pitch with softening point over 220℃ and quinoline insolubles less than 1. 5 wt% can be obtained through heat treatment, atmospheric flash and vacuum deep cut, etc. pro-cedures. The spinning pitch produced by 70 L pilot scale batch reactor and 1. 40 kt/a continuous commercial test unit has been evaluated. The results indicate that the pitch is spinnable, infusible and easy for carbonization. It can be conformed with the specified requirements of general spinning pitch for carbon fibers.
