油井树脂小球堵水剂及其制法

摘　　要：本文介绍一种油井树脂小球堵水剂。它是将配入软化剂和固化剂的环氧树脂加入分散介质中，制成树脂小球，在树脂小球胶化后和固化前，用液体携带注入油井的出水层位，分散介质渗入地层，而树脂小球滤在油井与地层连通的炮眼处，经压实固化而形成坚硬的栓塞，将高渗透水淹层封堵，使油井恢复正常生产。该堵剂由于只将炮眼封堵，所以，封堵剂用量极少，封堵后能满足油井大压差生产的要求。而且成本低，强度大，施工工艺简单，便于推广应用。This paper introduces a new method for plugging water with epoxy resin small balls. The epoxy resin small balls are made when epoxy resin is mixed with softening agent and firming agent in dispersion medium. After gelation and before solidification, the epoxy resin small balls are injected into watered interval of oil well. After that the dispersion medium goes into formation, and the epoxy resin balls stay in shot holes and are compacted and indurated by differential pressure, and then the high-permeability water-out zone is plugged. Because epoxy resin balls only stay in shot holes, a few of epoxy resin will be used for water control.The plugged zone may meet the needs of production in large pressure difference. This technology is easy to be popularized becauce of low coot, high strength and simple operation
