树脂小球堵水现场试验及效果分析

摘　　要：本文介绍了树脂小球堵水技术的工艺参数、注入设备及工艺过程，给出了封堵利用量的估算公式，分析了存在的问题，提出了改进措施。树脂小球堵水技术在大庆油田现场试验5口井，获得日降水215m3、日增油3．5t的良好效果。实践证明，树脂小球堵水剂达到了“堵得浅、堵得牢、用量少、成本低、工艺简单、作业安全”等技术经济指标。This paper introduces technology parameters, injection equipment and technology process of plugging water technique with epoxy resin small balls, provides a formula to estimate the water plugging agent consumption, analyses existing problems, and then propees improvements. In field tests of 5 wells in Daqing oilfield, this technique obtains gdri results of water decrement of 215 cubic meters and oil increment of 3. 5 tons per day. This shows that the said agent has reached the technical and economic indexes such as small plutong radius, high pluedng strength, small agent volume, low cost, simple technology and safe operation and so on
