摘  要:用^(60)Co-γ射线辐射诱变佛罗里达侧耳孢子,得到抗NaN_3药物的突变体。突变体的原生质体经0.83%碘乙酰胺灭活处理,与姬菇单核菌丝释放的原生质体进行融合,然后涂布在1×10^(-6)NaN_3药物选择再生培养基上,得到一个融合子菌落。经酯酶同工酶分析表明:融合子的12条区带中,与双亲共有的区带5条,与佛罗里达侧耳亲本同者2条,与姬菇亲本同者3条,新菌株独具的区带2条,证实为双亲融合杂种。The antidrug NaN3 mutants were obtained by radiating the spores of Pleurotus florida with 60Co. After being treated by 0.83% CH2 ICONH2 , the protoplasts of mutants were mixed with protoplasts released by uninucleate mycelium of Pleurotus sp. Then spreading it on a selected-regeneration-medium containing 1×10-6NaN3, a fusant colony was obtained at last. Analysis with esterase isozymes zymograms proved that among the twelve bands of fusants, five shared the same bands with two parents, two were the same to that of Pleurotus florida, three were the same to that of Pleurotus sp. and two were new bands. So it was identified that the new hybrid we obtained was fusant hybrid of two parents.
